Compassion may begin with the desire to help, but trust is sustained through structure, oversight and honest communication. Governance provides the framework through which the purpose of Global Kingdom Fund can be protected and responsibly advanced.

This means approaching decisions carefully, maintaining appropriate records, managing resources responsibly and communicating clearly about what the Fund can support, how decisions are made and what follows.

Accountability is not separate from the mission. It is one of the ways the mission is honoured.

LEGAL IDENTITY

Global Kingdom Fund Inc.

Global Kingdom Fund Inc. is a nonprofit corporation formed in North Carolina on 8 August 2022. Add the confirmed registration reference or EIN here before publication.

TAX-EXEMPT STATUS

An application is in progress.

The Fund is pursuing recognition of exemption under section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Tax-exempt status and the tax deductibility of contributions must not be represented as approved until an IRS determination has been received.

Where operational, administrative or strategic support is provided through PRIME or ProPay, the nature of that relationship will be described clearly. The final relationship wording must be confirmed before publication.
