Much of that work involved developing technology, systems, processes and administrative solutions that helped organisations become more efficient, accountable and effective in serving their members and beneficiaries.
Those years provided more than business experience. They revealed the strength of organisations that understand their communities, know the needs and have dedicated people who have given their lives to serving others.

Credible organisations are already doing the work. They have local knowledge, trusted relationships and proven ways of responding.
Global Kingdom Fund is not intended to duplicate their work. Its purpose is to stand behind them, strengthen their capability and help them scale.
THE MISSING PIECE
Strong organisations still need the resources to reach further.
Capability needs fuel.
Over the years, Peter and his teams helped organisations improve their systems, administration, accountability and ability to operate effectively. Increasingly, one further limitation became clear: funding.
An organisation can have excellent people, strong governance and a proven ability to make a difference. Without sufficient financial resources, however, the number of people it can reach will always be limited.
Funding becomes transformative when it is combined with systems, technology, accountability and organisational capability.
